SIO8 is an ultra long lasting invisible high performance surface coating which bonds molecular and semi permanent a dirt repellant layer onto the surface it is applicable in two simple steps Clean-and Apply.
This coating can be applied on wood and stone or stone painted surfaces and is 100% invisible. The surface will be cleaner for longer, and the cleaning itself becomes less time and less expensive as special cleaning agents are unnecessary.

How to use
Make clean the surfaces thoroughly until the complete surface is absolutely clean. If necessary use our Reactivating Pure Shine Shampoo in combination with a high pressure washer. Make sure that all contamination is removed we recommend you can use our Sterile Cleaner prior to the application, so that the sealant can bond properly onto a clean surface.
Make sure that the surface is completely dry before application this is crucial as the stone or wooden surface needs to absorb the coating !
Carefully poor the mixed content into a sprayer bottle. or an airless paint sprayer, (with a 1-1,5mm/ 0.07” nozzle)
The application can also be done with regular compressed air spray guns, brushes or rolls.
The surface needs to be evenly saturated – even coverage is crucial for the system to work properly.
Spray till the surface is saturated and let the surface dry. Dust-dry after approximately 2 hours at 23°C / 50% rel. air humidity, touch-dry after approximately 6 hours. 85% dry after 24 hour, and is fully cured after 48 hour.

The individual components as well as the mixed system can be cleaned and diluted with our Steril Cleaner
